Bio

Nadia Perre is the owner and head developer of PerreLink Web Solutions. Her extensive background in administration, marketing and management for small business gives her a unique ability to understand the specific needs and concerns of her clients.

Nadia built her first website--a hobby site--The Koala & Kangaroo Website--highlighting the beauty of Australia and its fauna and flora--in 1998 with a free html editor.

The site isn't pretty (and still could use a redesign, if only there were an extra day in the week!), but nonetheless, it has become a very popular information source for students all over the world, with record page hits during the Sydney 2000 Olympics.

From this simple beginning Nadia progressed to using Dreamweaver and Fireworks, and her passion for web development grew. She found herself initially lurking on the Macromedia (now Adobe) forums, learning from the friendly volunteers and slowly gaining experience and the confidence to start participating actively in the forum, where she is now an active member and moderator.

Nadia is an official Adobe Community Expert, who shares her expertise with the world-wide Adobe community.

She is also a Community Advisor and regular contributor at the SitePoint Web Design Forum.

As a way to offer some "payback" to the DW community, she developed and maintains a Dreamweaver Resources site where aspiring web designers can find articles on the use of Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Search Engine Optimization.

The site also offers free as well as commercial Templates--all written in clean html markup that validates to (x)html and css standards.
